Unless otherwise specified, or unless ordering items where delivery is inclusive in the total price - all prices quoted are not inclusive of delivery. eCPRINT can arrange delivery at an additional fee, however any issues with regards to loss or damage of the order whilst in transit will be through the carrier. All orders are packaged appropriately and leave our premises in good order. It is the responsibility of the client to thouroughly inspect the consignment on delivery for:
a) Damage to packaging during transit which may have resulted in damage to the goods inside
b) Loss or non- delivery of all, or part of the order
c) Quality and suitability of the consignment as per agreed specification
d) on collection, or on delivery of the consignment, you have 7 days in which to make a written claim in regards to damage, loss, or quality of the consignment. After this time, you have legally taken possesion of the goods and have deemed the consignment to be satisfactory.
In the event of the consignment being damaged in transit, the onus is on the receiver to provide proof of said damage by providing photographic evidence. eCPRINT may need to be supplied with copies of such evidence in order to assist you with your claim.
eCPRINT will not be liable for non-delivery or delays in delivery due to mistakes or errors with addressing the consignment. We will address the consignment as per your instructions, so please ensure all the details supplied are correct when placing your order. If we are required to re-deliver or re-address your consignment, you may be required to pay twice for delivery, if the goods are returned back to us after the first attempt due to an error. You must provide as much detail as possible if you have tricky delivery details.
Clients are able to organise their own freight and collection from our premises if they prefer. We will package the consignment for delivery and notify you of the dimensions (cubic volume) and dead weight of the item/s. We will place stickers on the item/s for delivery as per your instructions and have the item/s packaged ready for despatch and notify you when the consignment is ready for collection during our normal office hours (8.30am to 5pm Australian Western Time / Singapore Time). We will not make ourselves available for collection outside of normal office hours under any circumstances. If you require delivery direct to your freight company depot, or urgent courier deliveries - this must be quoted on request at the time of ordering.
Insurance of goods in transit
eCPRINT is not liable for damage to, or loss of the goods after they have been despatched or collected. eCPRINT uses a variety of 3rd party suppliers where delivery is included in the total price, or where the client has selected a delivery payment option upon ordering. We use a number of different suppiers depending on where the client requires the job delivered to, and also the weight/size of the consignment. As a result, there is not a one size fits all approach to the insurance of your job in transit, or for non delivery, delays or damage. If you are concerned about the risk of replacing all or part of your order under the insurance of the 3rd party company used for delivery, please ask your consultant, or select the delivery insurance quote box when placing your order to ensure the cost of replacing your job is covered by freight insurance of our 3rd party supplier. If no enquiries are made in regards to transit insurance at the time of placing your order, the client hereby accepts full responsibility for the consignment after it has been despatched.
eCPRINT does not recommend ordering urgent jobs direct from our online ordering range. These products and services are provided and quoted on the basis of non-urgent and with no deadline. If you have a deadline or an urgent job, we can assist you and work with you to get your job despatched within your deadline, and we can also provide quotes for express delivery as well, however, these jobs MUST be quoted as stand alone jobs, and eCPRINT takes no responsibility for any delays after the order has been despatched.
Some consignments may be left on premises if no one is present to sign for the delivery when the courier arrives, so it is the customer's responsibility to provide a suitable address or PO Box. In some cases, eCPRINT cannot deliver to a PO Box, particularly with respect to larger orders or services not provided by Australia Post. If eCPRINT hs organised delivery on your behalf as part of your order, we can provide a consignment number of the freight company. It is then your responsibility to liase with the freight company if required, as to the status of your consignment in transit.
