eCPRINT Credit policy

eCPRINT is proud to offer a wide range of payment options for our clients. All new clients and all online customers must pay up-front for their job before production can commence. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit card, eftpos or paypal. Clients can also pay invoices using direct funds transfer using their own online banking. In the case of direct funds transfers or cheque payments, funds must have cleared and the transaction reconciled before the invoice is deemed to be fully paid.
Regular clients and medium/large organisations may request to apply for a monthly credit account with eCPRINT. In order for credit to be considered by our accounts department, the client must complete our credit application form. If you would like to apply for a credit account, your first order with eCPRINT will be paid prior to despatch (COD) if not ordered on-line, or fully paid upfront if ordered from our website. After your first order you can request a credit application form to be emailed to you, and once we have received the completed form, your application will be assessed.

Debtor assessment
eCPRINT credit controllers assess your credit application and will run a background check on your credit history and speak to your creditors listed to ensure you are the type of client we would be happy to extend credit to. If you are successful, they will set a credit limit and trading terms to suit the level of credit you think you may need, and the amount that eCPRINT would be in a position to be able to offer to you. eCPRINT reserves the right to refuse credit applications based on not meeting our criteria for holding a credit account.

Payment terms
Credit terms for all account holders are strictly 30 days nett. Account holders are not charged any monthly fees or administration fees, however if your monthly account is not paid in full within the terms set out in the credit account agreement, you will be charged a $20 administration fee each month until the account is brought up to date.
Accounts that are in arrears 2 months in a row will be placed on hold and as such, no new jobs will be processed for the client until the account is brought up to date again. Amounts overdue 60+ days will begin incurring interest at 7% p.a calculated monthly as well as continuing to incur a $20 monthly administration fee. Accounts that are in arrears 3 months in a row will be suspended indefinitely and passed on to our collection agency 'Recover-E Solicitors'. Amounts overdue 90+ days will continue to be charged a $20 monthly admin fee, plus interest at 7% p.a calculated monthly, plus paying any costs associated with recovering the original debt, inclusive of all legal costs, court costs and any other miscellaneous cost incurred by eCPRINT and our collection agency in recovering the total amount due.

Agreements
Clients will not be issued with credit until we have received a signed copy of our credit agreement. Our payment terms as per the agreement are non negotiable. Our ability to continue to provide our premium service to all of our valued clients relies upon our ability to pay our debts, so we must insist that all clients respect our trading terms.

Non credit customers
Under no circumstances will any customer be able to have their job despatched if they have not paid for the job in full.
All online orders must be paid up-front in advance before any design or print production commences.
For normal offline orders:
Regular non-credit clients can have orders processed by providing an official purchase order, however payment must be received and reconciled before the job can be despatched.
Irregular or one-off clients must pay a minimum of 50% deposit before any design or print production commences. The balace due must be paid in full, funds cleared and the payment reconciled before the order/s can be despatched.
