ASSISTANT MANAGER, eCPRINT ROCKINGHAM

Salary $45-70K salary variable, depending on experience. Salary can also be augmented through performance bonuses.

We are a busy design, print and web design business in Rockingham. We have a solid reputation locally for providing premium design and print solutions, professional document services, in addition to offering low cost/ affordable web design services.
We nurture and develop long standing relationships with clients to deliver a wide variety of print packages, from business cards and stationery for small businesses through to sophisticated print management solutions and publications for large corporate and government clients.
We now seek an experienced self motivated Assistant Manager to join our growing team in an exciting growth phase.
To be successful in this role you must be proficient in the use of PC and Mac platforms. Knowledge of, and ability to setup artwork for print using Adobe CS also an advantage. Previous experience within the design/print industry will be a major advantage but not essential.
The role is extremely hectic and varied and only highly organised and motivated people will be suitable. You will need a positive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills, in liaising with customers, suppliers, and in dealing with designers, suppliers and other team members. A solid understanding of both digital and offset print production processes will be required as the position involves job estimating, briefing as well as in-house production tasks in equal measures. We are looking for a highly motivated all-rounder!

Key selection criteria
• Strong PC and Mac software skills
• Print Industry experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well developed organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work well individually or in a team environment
• A confident approach in dealing with customers, and the ability to process sales in person or on the phone
• Professional personal presentation
• Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot

Hours
